Dragon Boat Race in Putrajaya

PUTRAJAYA will be hosting what is touted to be the largest Dragon Boat event in Malaysia, with more than 1,500 participants from various countries.

The three-day sporting event will be held from June 5 to 7 at the Putrajaya Water Sports Complex. So far, 1,500 participants from 30 local teams and 20 foreign teams – from China, Singapore, Indonesia, Britain, Vietnam, Japan, Thailand and the Philippines – have registered.

Sadly, white chocolate shipment has affected. Alamanda Big Apple has finished all the white chocolate stock. So, we have to try the local white chocolate.. the result was so bad. There is no shinning and milky as usual.

So, we decided to use dark chocolate insteads. The affected donuts are dancing queen, witnut, merry cherry, chococino, kiwi and moon racker. All are now dark color. We have tested and the taste is quite similar.

Temporary, we will use dark chocolate until the next shipment arrive expecting around 18 January. Please bare with us. Thank you.

We received quite a number of feedback that some of our customers are having difficulty in finding our shop. Here are some tips for you to find us.

We are at ground floor next to Starbuck at the main entrance where we enter from the nice pool in front of Alamanda Putrajaya. If you are from north or south car park, just walk to the centre of Alamanda, you will us once you reach the round centre.

Alternatively, you can us the information counter at Lower Ground. Enclosed is the map to find us. We are at the red rectangular.

Our CD player broke down

Hari ini, alat pemain CD kami telah rosak. Alat tersebut baru sahaja dibeli pada 18hb Disember 2008 yang lalu. Kedai ini terasa kekurangan tanpa musik Mama Mia. Tiada Dancing queen, money dan lain-lain lagi. Saya telah menghantar ke Seng Heng untuk ditukarkan tetapi penukaran hanya dibenarkan dalam masa 1 minggu. Memandangkan, tempoh CD ini telah melebihi 10 hari, unit ini perlu dihantar to Philips untuk pembaikian.

Nampaknya tiada lagu selama 2 minggu! Ini tidak boleh jadi. Kami telah mengambil keputusan untuk membeli unit yang baru. Harap hari ini semua akan berjalan dengan lancar.

Today our CD player broke down. It was purchased on last 18th December 2008. The outlet feels differently without the Mama Mia musics. No more dancing queen, money etc.. I have send to Seng Heng where I bought the CD. I was told that the 1to1 replacement only valid for 1 week. Mine is already more than 10 days. So, they need to send the unit to repair at Philips.

Oh my god! There will be more music for 2 weeks. This is can not be happening. After discussion, we have decided to buy the new unit today. Hopefully, everything will run smoothly today. See you around.

Long Q at Big Apple Alamanda

Kami telah mengkaji kehadiran pelanggan kami semenjak kedai ini dibuka. Kebanyakkan, para pelanggan kami akan datang ke kedai ini dari pukul 3petang sehingga 9 malam. Pada waktu ini, anda akan melihat Q yang panjang.

Jadi, untuk mengelak dari Q yang panjang, anda boleh datang dari pukul 10 pagi sehingga 2 petang atau selepas pukul 9 malam. Ini akan menjimatkan masa anda dan mengelak sebarang stress pada diri anda. Jadilah pelanggan yang bijak! Jumpa anda di sana!

Hi! We notice that some of our customers' feedback on the long Q at Big Apple Alamanda. Due to the long Q, some of your favorite donuts may be finish. This added to your frustration. Well, we have a tip for you to avoid the long Q and able to enjoy your favorite donuts.

We have studied the customers trend at our outlet since we opened. Interestingly, most of our customers will come from 3pm until 9pm. This is the time where you will see a very long Q. So, what you can do to avoid the Q is to come either from 10am to 3pm or after 9pm.

Therefore, it will save you time and avoid unnecessary frustration. Be a smart shopper! See you around.

Today, we have added more chairs and table at our dining area. This is to cater for our customers as there were many requests on additional seats prior to this. We will continue to listen and accommodate to our customers' needs. This is a part of our culture at Big Apple in order to win and retain customers.
